Obituary of James Ellis

James D. Ellis, 74, of Texarkana, Texas, departed this life Wednesday, June 19, 2013, at his home. He was a member of Newton Church. His parents, Thelma Hunter and Willie Ellis and one brother, Willie James, preceded him in death. He is survived by the mother of his children: Kathy Cox; one son: James Cox of Texarkana, Texas; three daughters: Kathy Callahan of Texarkana, Arkansas, Teisha (Quincy) Hubbard of Texarkana, Arkansas, and Kizzie Cox of Texarkana, Texas; one brother: Henry Blevins of Houston, Texas; one sister, Faye Bradley, of Texarkana, Arkansas; eight grandchildren, two great-grandchildren; and other relatives and friends. The arrangements are pending with Richardson Hill Funeral Home.
