James "Tubby" or "Baby Boy" Brown, 45, departed this life Monday, September 16, 2013 in Atlanta, Texas.
He was a 1987 graduate of Atlanta High School, and--in line with his musical dreams, talent, and love of God--a faithful member and Minister of Music at Free Christian Zion Church of Christ. He also played and accompanied many well-known, local Blues Bands.
He was preceded in death by his parents: Roy and Minnie Brown of Douglassville, Texas.
To cherish his memories, he leaves his sweetheart of many years: Belinda Aldridge; three sons: Keyes Warren of Atlanta, Texas, Demarrion Hunter and Demarquis Laudermilk of Douglassville, Texas; one daughter: Montira Aldridge of Douglassville, Texas; one brother: Roy Brown Jr. of Douglassville, Texas; two sisters: Vera Brown and Betty Kyle of Douglassville, Texas; one special uncle: Autris Baynane Dickerson of Queen City, Texas; two grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
