Obituary of Theresa Casteel King

Theresa Casteel King, 89, of Marietta, Texas, passed away Friday, April 10, 2015 at her residence. Ms. King was born Dec. 15, 1925, in Cass County, Texas. She was a homemaker and member of Order of the Eastern Star and Floyd Valley Baptist Church. Survivors include four sons and three daughters-in-law, Ellie and Lee Pearl King of Marietta, Howard and Janice King of Olivehurst Calif., Linnard and Gwen King of Marshall, Texas, and Bobby King of Tyler, Texas; two daughters and one son-in-law, Rose and Bobby Neal and Vera Shed of Marietta; 19 grandchildren; 39 great-grandchildren; two great great-grandchildren; and a number of other relatives. Services will be 11 a.m. Friday at Floyd Valley Baptist Church with the Revs. Elvis McGraw and W.R. Collins officiating. Burial will be in Floyd Valley Cemetery under the direction of Richardson Hill Funeral Home. Visitation will be 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Friday at the church.
