Obituary of Nealie Dawson

Nealie Evelyn Dawson, 90, of Fort Smith, died Wednesday, June 24, 2015 in her home. She was a homemaker, member of First Missonary Baptist Church, where she was head of the Kitchen Committee, a and past member, and a secretary of Order of Eastern Star, Oziel Chapter #27, Oklahoma District. Funeral will be Wednesday, July 1, 2015, 11:00 a.m. at First Missionary Baptist Church under the direction of Rowell-Parish Mortuary of Fort Smith. Burial will be Thursday, July 2, 11:00 a.m. at Pleasant Grove Cemetery, Ogden, Arkansas under the direction of Richardson Hill Funeral Home of Texarkana, TX. Pallbearers will be Deacons of First Missionary Baptist Church. She is survived by a daughter, Tessie Rawlins of Fort Smith; three sons, James Wilbert of Steilacoom, WA, Stevie and Richard Dawson III both of Fort Smith; 7 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. Viewing will be Tuesday, June 29, 2015, 11:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
