Obituary of Ronald Bland

Ronald Wade Bland, 58, of Texarkana, Texas, passed away Sunday, August 9, 2015 in Texarkana. Mr. Bland was born February 7, 1957, in Texarkana. He was a truck driver, a computer consultant, a member of Masonic H.R. Revels Lodge No. 3, a King Solomon Baptist Church member, Natchez, Mississippi, and an Army veteran. He was preceded in death by one son, Quentin Bland. Survivors include one son, Antonio Ford; one brother, Quintin Keith Bland; two sisters, Shela Bland and Sheresa Bland; one aunt, Bettye Jones; two grandchildren; and a number of other relatives. Services will be 10 a.m. Saturday at Richardson Hill Funeral Home with the Rev. James Hawkins officiating. Burial will be in Chapelwood Memorial Gardens.
