Obituary of Loretta Williams

Loretta Williams, 89, of Texarkana, Texas, passed away Thursday, February 16, 2012 at her home. She was affiliated with Hopewell C.M.E. Church, where she was an Usher Board Member for 75 Years; Founding Member of the Nettie Whitaker Missionary Circle; Usher Board Representative for the Board of Christian Education; Sunday Morning Worship Attendance Recorder; and Mammoth Tea Education Fund Captain. She was retired from Day and Zimmerman. Her husband, George Williams; mother, Frankie Howard; and father, Charlie Nelson preceded her in death. To cherish her memory, she leaves three daughters, Dorothy Hervey of Texarkana, Texas, Peggy Greene of Texarkana, Texas, and June Davis of Ft. Worth, Texas; two grandsons, Adrian Page (Melissa) of Lawton, Oklahoma and Shawn Page (Ingrid) of Texarkana, Texas; three granddaughters, Dawn Morris (Jimmy) of Mansfield, Texas, Kenya Greene of Mansfield, Texas, and Alison Davis of Ft. Worth, Texas; seven great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and many other relatives and friednds.
