Mr. Horace Perkins 56, of Texarkana passed away on December 5, 2016. He leaves to cherish his memories One brother: Gary Perkins, One sister: Rita Strickland, Nephew: Harmon Strickland (Theresa), Niece: Maquishea Collins (Stacey), Great Niece: Sha'Ciayah Bush and other friends and relatives. He was proceeded in death by his parents Carl and Mae Otis Perkins and sister Mita Perkins.
