Mr. Robert James Evans 80, of Texarkana, Texas was called home to be with the Lord on November 5, 2017. He was a retired postal worker and a retired United States Army Veteran. He was preceded in by his parents: Carrie B. Evans and U.W. Evans, brother: Amos Evans, two sisters: Christine Martin and Edna Marie Evans. He leaves to cherish his memory Timothy (Betty) Evans and David (Peggy) Evans and a host of other relatives and friends.
