Tommy Earl Williams 60 of Texarkana, Texas passed away on December 7, 2017. He was affiliated with St. Paul Baptist Church. He is preceded in death by his parents: Ulysses C Williams Sr. and Sarah F. Williams. He leaves to cherish his memory two borthers: Ulysses C. Williams Jr. Steven J. Williams, four sisters: Alice F. White, Paulette E. Williams, Wilma J. Campbell (Ronald) Linda F. Austin and a host of other relatives and friends.
