Horace Columbus Neal II posted a condolence
Friday, April 22, 2011
A Message From The Family of Horace C. Neal The Youngest Brother of Mrs. Lucille Hollins We, the family of Horace C. Neal, send our deepest condolences and love to the sons of Mrs. Lucille Hollins, Henry and James; and, we send our love and condolences to our relatives whom she raised. We shall remember Aunt Lucille as a giving woman with a powerful personality and a folksy sense of humor. We thank her for taking care of our father when he was a child; and, we thank her for the warmth and hospitality that she always extended when we came to visit her from Columbus, Ohio. Perhaps our most vivid memories of Aunt Lucille are the big Southern breakfasts that she would lovingly fix and serve in her home in Texarkana, Arkansas. We will also remember, and cherish, the words of wisdom that she shared with us over the years. Here’s to you, faithful one, Lucille Hollins, from your sister-in-law, Bettye Neal, and her children: Horace II, Robert, and Bettye, Jr. We pray that the Lord has a special place for you at His welcome table. May you rest in peace until the Day of the Resurrection. And, on that Day, may you stand in honor before the Throne of God.
