To Frank and Family Jr. death came as such a shock. I had no idea that he was having health problems. I extend my deepest sympathy to you and your family and his family as well. Dear Nelson family, I attended school with Roosevelt from elementary to high school. I'll always remember his easy smile and great athletic ability. When we would have track and field days at Pleasant Grove back in the 70s, Roosevelt always beat everyone in every event. We called him "Rosie" as a fun nickname back then. I grew up with Roosevelt, Bobby & Gary Cooks, Prezell Duckett, and Thomas Primm and we use to terrorize the area around Wamba and the bottoms and I considered all these guys to be like a brother to me so it was a shock to me to hear of his passing. I could tell many stories of Roosevelt but the best one is that he was a true friend to me from the time we met in PG Elementary school and even tho we didn't get to see each other as much as we grew older I always thought of the good times we all use to have together and that always made me smile, and that he was a person if I needed something he would be there for me as I would for him. Roosevelt was indeed a truly good guy and always had something funny to share. Roosevelt had many many friends and we will all remember him forever as there are very few people in the world that were blessed to be like Roosevelt and the world will be a sadder place without him in it, We are all blessed to have known such a special and wonderful person so when you are feeling sad please think of all the happiness and love that Roosevelt gave to everyone around him, that is how he would want to be remembered Rest In Peace My Brother
