Mary Louise Graham Mosely-Daly 76, was born on March 5, 1942 in New Orleans, LA. She passed away on August 5, 2018 in Texarkana, Texas. Mrs. Daly worked for Orleans Parish School Board in Special Education. She was a member of the Deliverance Temple Ministries.
