I would call Auntie fairly often prior to needing constant care. Her smile radiated through the phone on each call. We both would speak often about the goodness of the Lord,and testify on how He's kept us and never forsaken us and our families. On one specific conversation I explained that I was sitting looking at flowers in the park. I thought I'd like to give her flowers now. So I described the flowers I was viewing and did my best to verbally provide a mental picture. As I did so I told her that their beauty reminded me of her smile, her heart and love she shared as we spoke on the phone. I said "Auntie I'm giving you your flowers now so that you can enjoy them." She laughed and said"Ahh Lent, that's Sweet." I say, "Abd so are you!" My heart has been and still is blessed for the love Aunt Doris showered on me. I'll see you later. Love, Lengthecl Jr.

So sorry for the loss of your dear mother. May you continue to cherish the precious memories you enjoyed through the years. God has given us the wonderful hope of seeing our loved ones again in the resurrection with the assurance of that hope stated for us at Acts 24:15 which says "And have hope toward God, which they themselves also allow, that there shall be a resurrection of the dead, both of the just and unjust."
