Jimmy Lynn Johnson, Sr., 61, of Texarkana, Texas, passed away Tuesday, September 18, 2012 in Tyler, Texas.
Mr. Johnson was born January 1, 1951 to the parents of Annie Louise Johnson and Willie K. Willis.
He united in holy matrimony with Bessie Lee Johnson, and to this union six children were born.
He was a truck driver for Mack's Trucking Inc., Malone Concrete, and Sullivan's Gravel, and other companies.
Later, he joined Evangelist Temple, whose pastor is Sarah Deadner. He was a deacon, drummer, and guitarist.
Mr. Johnson enjoyed fishing, traveling, and spending time with his family.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Annie Johnson; father, Willie Willis; mother-in-law, Bessie M. Wadley; four brothers: Henry, Larry, Billy D., and Willie Lee, Jr; two sisters, Cindy and Kathy; one adopted son, Michael Walker; and others.
