Lakitha Jenkins, forty-five, was born on January 30, 1976 in Texarkana, Texas to the parentage of Paul Jenkins and Lorise Utsey. Lakitha loved being with her family and she was always there for everyone. She passed away on March 17,2021 in Arlington, Texas.
