William Lee Bailey, seventy-five, was born on January 29,1946 in Texarkana, Texas to the parentage of the late Kane Davis and Addie B. Coleman. He passed away on August 26,2021 in Texarkana, Texas. He was employed with Red River Depot for many years. He was preceded in death by: Wife; Ira Jean Bailey, Parents and Brothers; Oscar Bailey, Henry Bailey and Arthur Bailey.
He leaves to cherish his memories:

2 Daughters: LaTonya (Anthony) Davis and LaSonya (Kenneth) Hawkins of Texarkana, Texas
Sister: Margretta Dixon of Texarkana, Texas
