Ebony Y. Conley-Stringer, forty-one, was born on January 26,1980 in Longbeach, California to the parentage of Paul Conley and the late Catha Conley-Vanhook. She was affiliated with Floyd T. Jeans Memorial CME Church of Tollette, AR and worked as a Case Manager for the Greater Texarkana Workforce Center. She passed away on September 13,2021 in Texarkana, Texas. She was preceded in death by her mother; Catha Conley-Vanhook.
